Order Processing Time
In-stock products: Inspection, packaging, and shipment are completed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation and payment.
Customized/Out-of-stock products: Delivery time depends on the specific production schedule. Our sales team will provide you with an estimated delivery time (usually 5-7 business days) during the order confirmation stage.
Weekends and Holidays: Our warehouse does not ship on weekends and public holidays; related orders will be processed on the next business day.
Packaging Excellence
Turbochargers contain precision impellers and bearing systems, making them extremely sensitive to vibrations during transportation. We employ industrial-grade protection solutions:
Rust and moisture protection: Each turbocharger undergoes rust prevention treatment and is sealed in a moisture-proof bag. • Double-layer reinforcement: Utilizing custom-made, high-strength, thickened corrugated cardboard boxes filled with high-density shock-absorbing foam (Instapak® or similar technology), ensuring the product is centered within the box.
Protection of delicate components: Inlet/exhaust ports and oil ports are sealed to prevent foreign matter from entering.

We offer flexible logistics options to meet different delivery time requirements:
Express: Partnering with DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Suitable for small orders or urgent repair parts, typically delivering worldwide within 3-7 business days.
Air Freight: Suitable for medium-sized orders, balancing speed and cost.
Sea & Land Freight: Suitable for large orders or industrial-grade heavy-duty turbochargers.
Coverage: We support worldwide shipping. If your region has special logistics restrictions, please consult our customer service team in advance.
Shipping Rates
Shipping Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on the actual weight, volume, and destination of the package. You can contact our service team to inquire about shipping costs or obtain a bulk freight quote.
Customs and Duties: Unless otherwise agreed (such as DDP terms), all import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees for international orders are borne by the buyer.
Tracking & Receiving
Real-time Tracking: After the goods are shipped, we will send a tracking number via email. You can check the status at any time on this website or the logistics company’s official website.
Receiving Inspection: 【Important】 Before signing for the package, please be sure to check the outer packaging for any obvious damage or signs of oil leakage. If any abnormalities are found, please take photos as evidence and write “damaged” on the delivery receipt, and contact our after-sales team within 24 hours.

Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?
Due to the large size of turbochargers and the requirement of a signature upon delivery, we typically cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a detailed physical street address.
What if the goods are damaged in transit?
All shipments include basic transport insurance. In the event of damage during transport, we will assist you with your claim and arrange for replacement or repair as appropriate.
